The objective of this membership site is to learn and grow from posted insights, coaching, and training. As well, it is the hope of bringing together a community of coaches, parents, and athletes who are passionate about developing mental toughness in themselves, teams, and their athletes. Please join to teach, be taught by, and connect with a national community of coaches, parents, and athletes. The posts and information provided are to help keep you on a positive daily track for influence through motivation, encouragement, support, and coaching. The membership is here so we can discuss current issues in the field of sport and to help each other out with research questions or applied work. As a certified Peak Performance Mindset and Life Coach, I will be making myself available for professional coaching sessions to anyone who is interested (individual or group coaching)
